The Customer/Purchaser also acknowledges and understands that GMT does not directly supply the Goods purchased on the website and does not have direct control over the quality and standard of the Products sold on the website. GMT will at all times strictly enforce adherence with any and all legislation and regulations to supply the highest quality goods for safe human consumption. The Customer/Purchaser understands that GMT cannot warrant the state of the Product and hereby indemnifies GMT against any losses, claims, costs, illness, damages and expenses of whatsoever nature which may arise from the Purchase and/or consumption of the Goods and/or Products purchased on the GMT website."
